It probably isn't necessary to back to the ER now. Yo should however, see an ENT Dr. If the ER gave you antibiotics, then you should be covered. If there is still drainage in the AM call your Dr.

I would follow up with a doctor, but it is most likely the infection leaking, every time my kids had an ear infection they would have the same thing
