What kind of food can I eat to help me not be as hungry or crave foods? I am tring to loose weight, I work out evey other day, and I don't overeat, but I can't seem to shed the pounds. I started doing these things about3 months ago, but I have stayed at the same weight the whole time. I really want to loose the weight, should I try weight watchers, counting calories, what? I don't want to take any kind of diet pill, so that's not even an option!
