I had a goiter when I was 12 and I believe they did a partial thyroidectomy. For the past eleven yrs. I've developed itcy skin on various parts of my body, PMS, heavier bleeding during periods, depression, fatigue and also diagnoised w/GERD and take aciphex. Mostly the itching has bothered me in the vaginal area. I went to a PMS clinic where they tested me (blood) and said my T3 level was low. What can I take for this condition? Or what does anyone w/these sort of symtoms recommend. I've been to many doctors and they seem to be experimenting on me rather than finding the root cause of this itching.

I have some GNC purchased vitamins, for weightlifting, but have not used them in apprx. 6 months, due to an injury. Looking at the bottle there is an expiration date. How can a vitamin go bad? Is this just a ploy to get the consumer to use/purchase more in a timely manner? FYI, the product is Acetabolan III.

Problems like premature release, insufficient erection, etc. Please let me know the doctor's specialty area (is it sexual medicine) that we can look for, while visiting a hospital.

I'm seriously considering in joining a pilates class but would like to know a little more how a class is like, preferably from someone who practices/has already practiced it.

Is there music? If so, what kind of music? How long should a class be and how many times a week should it be done? What does a class consist of, in short words? Is every class very different from each other or are they pretty much the same? THANKS!

I am thirsty all the time (really dry mouth). I am tired a lot, especially around 2-3 o clock in the afternoon even though I sleep about 9-10 hours a night. I also have to pee a lot, especially after a coke or something like that....maybe once an hour or two....any thoughts??? My grandparents had diabetes, but no one in my immediate family does...is it possible that I could have it?

I recently had a back injory at work and because I couldn't identify the movement that caused the injory, I won't be getting paid. I told my boss that the injory happened through the corse of the day and didn't notice it till I'd rested and felt the pain.

What kind of food can I eat to help me not be as hungry or crave foods? I am tring to loose weight, I work out evey other day, and I don't overeat, but I can't seem to shed the pounds. I started doing these things about3 months ago, but I have stayed at the same weight the whole time. I really want to loose the weight, should I try weight watchers, counting calories, what? I don't want to take any kind of diet pill, so that's not even an option!

I have had problems with bulging disks for the past 2 years. I am tired of taking anti inflamitorys and pain meds on and off just to "control" the pain and maintain some sort of normal life. I recently went to an Alternative medicne Chiropractor and discussed treatment including accupuncture and therapy to cure the problem not just medicate the pain.

My problem is... My insurance will pay most of the treatment if I just go to a spine surgeon and have epidural injections for pain and if that doesn't work then back surgery...But it coveres very little if I am treated by the alternative medicne Dr.'s.

Should I just do it? $$$$$
