I'm supposed to be going swimming tomorrow but im frightened it will start in the pool.
Please help.

It takes a while for them to settle down..With me though my periods are very irregular and it will take me quite a while for them to be regular, ask your mum or sister because with everyone it's different but within your family, you should follow the same pattern!

well first of welcome to the wonderful world of periods.lol. anyways your period lasting for three weeks must've sucked but you probably feel bloated because its post PMS. and no you won't get your period again its kind of not possible to happen. so dont worry and if it does start go and buy some tampons they do wonders and you'll be able to go swimming too. or just ask a person who you are comfortable with. it is all different with every girl. and have you considered taking
Midol, gosh it really helps and it makes all your pains go away.you should go buy it.good luck.

They may never "settle down". It's different for everyone and it's very common for them to be irregular. There's really no way to know until it happens. PMS symptoms often stop before the actual flow, but this is also different for each woman. I doubt you will have another cycle after having just ended the last one.

Ok, this is perfecly fine. You probably just started getting periods and it is normal to have this happen. If you are expecting it than just wear a tampon just in case. Follow the instructios on the box or find out how at www.beinggirl.com
