That's a question that's easier to ask than to answer. You need direction. When considering direction, it's much easier to pick one if you have a destination in mind. So think of a goal, any goal at all, long term, short term, important or trivial. Head for that. If you can't cope with big goals yet using this technique on little goals will give you practice.
Once you have focused on the goal, thing about what needs to happen to achieve it. So if you want to, say, train as a marine biologist, or knit a jumper there are certain steps you need to take to get there. It might help to write them down, especially for the bigger goals. Be as specific as you want, like go to shop, select knitting pattern, buy it, choose wool. Consider if you can do those things, decide to do them, do them. until you have acheived that particular goal. Then find another goal.
