I am looking into lifting weights to build size on the arms but i was just wandering what can one do to ensure they build size on the wrists? What exercises can be done?

well im wanting to loose weight just becuz idk, i just feel like it lol. im not realy overweight but im short with a small/mid. figure and im wanting to be smaller.
Im wanting to loose the weight quick and easy. So does anyone have any ideas i would realy apresiat it.

I am looking for a good ab program. My diet is under control, I have a good weight program, which includes plyometrics, weight training, anaerobic running, and aerobic running (The Core Workout Plan). I have between 9-10% body fat. I am still losing more of that fat, but I have not been hitting my abs hard and it shows (by the lack of good muscle def in my stomach area compared to the rest of my body). I want a workout I can do in addition to the ab training in my normal program.

ALL women have itchy, scratchy, smelly Hoo~Haa's that are full of bacterial yeast OR bleeding all over ????

Why aren't there any commercials for control of smegma, jock-itch, and anal leakage(skids-marks) on TV for men's issues ??

I find this ALL rather sexist AND, if I were some ignorant boy that watched TV all day....yeah....... I would probably start "liking" boys instead of some infection filled, smelly, bleeding, little girl.

now shes really mad and is threatning to spread rumors about me if i tell her speech teacher but the social worker already did. im her only friend and i dont want her to hurt herself but shes making me mad. she always says im her best friend, her only friend, and were really not that close. andshe always gets mad at me for no reason. what should i do? did i do the right thing in teling someone?

I woke up with my left ear aching. I can feel the ache going all the way into my throat!? It burns and aches to swallow but only on the left side?! Not the right.
I am guessing ear infection of some sort.
HAVE NOT BEEN SWIMMING or anything so not blocked with water or anything either.

I dont have the money to run to the doctors and get prescriptions for it either. :P

So I am looking for all those good "at Home" remedies, or even "Grammys Cures" to help with it! Its killing me. Besides, I am working 60 hours this week and dont have time to go doc's anyway - poo!

Any and all serious answers are much appreciated. And I already heard the pee on the cotton ball one, and I am not sticking a pee soaked cotton bal in my ear, no way! LOL. Hubby wouldnt le me sleep next to him if I did. :)

I know that smoking copious amount of marijuana can affect a man's sperm count, even though it is a negligible amount. What I want to know is: can recreational drugs like opiates (obviously coke-derivatives don't, or else there wouldn't be crack babies) affect fertility for women (i've never heard of it affecting sperm)?

Hi there, i am a 24 year old male and have been having some health issues. In jan 05 i had a severe back pain radiating into groin and then the next day i had severe urinary symptoms..still ther. hesitancy, dribbling. I was scared and didn't go to a doctor for 6 months. In that time i developed itching in my groin and anus which has stayed with me till this day everyday... I have also had a back pain for a year that is a dull pain in my lower back. I have pains that shoot into my legs and into my feet. I have had bowel troubles from diarhea to constipation. I have been to 3 doctors who just said it was stress. They did do bloodwork which came back negative nad so did my urine except for sugar in my urine, . I can't eat anything fatty or with milk as i will wake up 2 hours afteer i fall asleep with severe abdominal cramping followed by diarhea. As a kid i used to get nose bleeds and also i did notice that wounds weren't healing right. They seem to be healing better now than they were.TY

I just started a new job outside my home and miss my exercise routine. I used to work from home, exercised in the morning via power walking. Now, with my work hours, it's dark early in morning, and get home when it's dark, plus I prepare dinner and time with family in evening and it's not safe to walk out on streets at dark. Don't belong to a gym. Miss my exercise and more toned body and healthy mind surge. Any suggestions for exercise?

I'm 17 years old, active in serious relationships and have constant mood swings. It seems to me that during the day time I don't mentally function very well, I'm less active in intimacy with my girlfriend, I feel disconfident, contempt, I can't discuss intimate things, I can't think and I'm less emotional. But when nighttime comes, all of that changes to it's exact opposite. I'm very active at night, I can really become intimate with my girlfriend, I feel very confident, I think extremely logically (this helps me write my stories much better) and I'm very emotional. Then the next day comes and I feel that everything I did the night before was stupid. Is there a psychological reason for this?
