Good old Arm and Hammer Baking Soda. Just put a small amount on the tooth brush, brush as usual. Do this daily for about a week or two and you will see a difference. Be careful though, even home remedies can be hard on the tooth enamel.

Have you tried to brush with a little baking soda or also gargle with a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water? They also make something called glyoxide that I get at walmart, you can put a little on your toothbrush under your toothpaste. It helps - that is what the denist had me put inside my trays to whiten my teeth.

toilet bleach with a cotton bud applied evenly to each tooth twice per day for 1 week done the trick for me. Keep doing it every 2 months for guaranteed results.

Rinse with diluted hydrogen peroxide. It tastes like crap, but it'll do it.
