normal a word that i often wonder the meaning of . is this something that happens to you often; daily . then for you its normal. if this is a one off then its not normal but neither is it abnormal.
what would make you think that you are suffering from toxic shock .
what is it that is making you anxious
all of this may be a case of you having a nightmare .
or you are using this set of symtoms to alert others that a problem that you are not fully aware is troubling you.
you may also know what the problem is but you feel for some reason that you would prefer to lead into that subject by way of this route.
in any case whether or not this is normal is really subjective and only you can be sure if this is normal for you .
you should take some time and learn what the peramiters of your normal responces are. once you have done this you will have some idea of what is outside of the normal range and what is within the normal range.
in general a woman does not wake up at 2 am thinking she is suffering from toxic shock. so perhahps when compared to a larger group of females in your age range and at this point of the night this is not normal
being consered that you are normal is sometimes an indication that you are having some conserns that you feel are shamefull or that should be hidden.
the best way to free yourself from this fear or concern is to discuss this in an enviroment that is comfortable to you . a place that is peacefull like a farm in the country with kind caring professionals who will listen to you and help you to feel less anxious.
i hope this was of some help to you today

Good evening..I am new, on this site, so hang tough with me. I've been out of the "limelight" I guess people would call it, but I don't know what "menarche or TSS is..Can you answer that for me? I hope that I might can just give a little friendly advice..I come from the old school..I'm only 54 but I had a complete hysterectomy when I was 21. I experienced an awful lot of diseases, afflictions, sterility (as a result of being raped)..It caused gonorrehea..I have lots of experiences to share and it's possible that there might be an answer or maybe, just a sense of direction on what to do..Please, feel free to write me..You take care..P.S. Those symptoms could be a number of things and you smile in knowing that what you're going through is a normal reaction to something and you will find it out..your body is relating to you and you will figure it out very soon..Good Nite..Sharon

This is most commonly known as a night terror. It's similar to a nightmare, but with no visual cue or dream. Your body at night automatically for some reason goes through stress, almost like a struggle. You unconsciosly toss, turn, sweat, etc. Then when you awaken, you don't remember it. You just wake up sweating, tired, sometimes nausiated, etc.

What you notice on natural, is what is usual. Example: for those who see a character hiccuping that often usual but when its nonstop for days or months, that is definitely no longer usual. Also if a character used to be born with some thing like six arms on every hand won't appear usual to us however it's usual to that character. So many times it is an character factor that nobody else will recognize.
