ok well without being bigheaded, i think i have always had a perfect body, not fat, well knowwhere near fat!! and not skiny skiny, just been slim, normal!! but its my best friends b-day party coming up in 13days and my calfs, i think thats what they are called, the bottom part of my legs!, are looking sooo chuby these days and they look really funny with the outfit im wearing and shoes im wearing!! i used to do ALOT of dancing, so is it all just muscle? well whatever it is, i need the chubbyness gone asap!! so please help me ?!? diet tips? exsersizes that dont put muscle on n make my legs loose weight ?! thanks, answer back soon, will be truly gratefull !!! x
