ok well without being bigheaded, i think i have always had a perfect body, not fat, well knowwhere near fat!! and not skiny skiny, just been slim, normal!! but its my best friends b-day party coming up in 13days and my calfs, i think thats what they are called, the bottom part of my legs!, are looking sooo chuby these days and they look really funny with the outfit im wearing and shoes im wearing!! i used to do ALOT of dancing, so is it all just muscle? well whatever it is, i need the chubbyness gone asap!! so please help me ?!? diet tips? exsersizes that dont put muscle on n make my legs loose weight ?! thanks, answer back soon, will be truly gratefull !!! x

Wait, you really weren't sure that the bottom of your legs are called your calves?! I think you have bigger problems here!

Look at any part of your body too long and it will begin to look flawed. You might want to notice how your thighs (that's the top part of the leg) look fat when you are sitting down. Or concentrate on how the top of your ears don't seem to end in the right place. Your elbows are probably baggy too.

The best way to go through life is being happy with what you have (without being bigheaded about it)

Hello,
I don't enjoy "wordy" questions, but, if in 13 days you will be partying, forget about everything and just go have a good time your legs are just fine.
Remember dancing is one of the best exercises for whatever ails you.

It's all about having fun.

walking, running...anything cardio!! Doing this will change the way you look at your legs, even if they didn't change in size...you'll feel better about yourself, I promise!

WALKING WOULD MAKE YOU LOOSE WEIGHT AND PUT YOUR LEGS IN BETTER SHAPE
