... A daily regimen of vitamin A & D from fish oil in capsule form in combination with a good B complex and vitamin C would be a good supplement combination. ..... The vitamin A is not water soluable however, so you cannot take it indefinately without risking accumulation of vitamin A in the body and this is to be avoided. However,.. you can take large doses of vitamin A & D from fish oil on a daily basis for perhaps two or three weeks at a time followed by perhaps a month or two of abstaining from it. ... You can take five or ten times the recommended daily dosage which you will find on the bottle and you should experience good results towards the elimination of acne.
Take in combination with perhaps as much as one gram of daily doses of vitamin C (the body can only assimilate up to 500 mgs of vit. C at a time), and perhaps 3 or 4 times the recommended dosage for B complex divided out over the course of the day..
You will have to experiment to see how much your body requires in order to achieve results. You may need less than I am suggesting here. .... Once you get things under control,.. you can re-administer the vitamin A&D whenever there is sign of acne developing and it should work to eliminate it. Just be sure you do not take it on an ongoing basis beyond 3 to 4 weeks at a time.
Also be sure and watch what you eat. ... You diet is crucial when dealing with acne. You must avoid sugar, soda or carbonated drinks,.. chocolate, shell fish, fried foods, .. refined foods.. and alcohol. ........... Eat plenty of raw, fresh fruits and dark green leafy veggies such as spinach,.. and try to avoid red meat at least until you have the problem under control.
And be sure the vitamins you buy are "natural" and not "synthetic" vitamins. There is a big difference.

Try Vitamin A and beta-carotene also you should be taking a B-Complex supplement and a zinc supplement. Facial cleansing is very important and not using oils on the face. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and stay away from fried foods. You may have some food allergies, try eliminating favorite foods one at a time until you find out if you have a food allergy.
