I used to get this a lot. It's because you are tired, you should try getting more sleep...the twitching will soon stop if you do.

For those who are superstitious then if your right eye is twitching then that's good luck. If your left eye is twitching then that's bad luck. If you don't believe in luck, then you just need some potassium in your system. Having little or no potassium in your system causes your eyes as well as other parts of your body to twitch.

It happens when you are tired or stressed. It happens to me all the time when tired and the key is NOT to start getting irritated by it, because then you get worked up and it twitches more often. It should probably stop soon. Try going to bed!

It's caused by stress and eye strain. My eye did it for 2 weeks then just stopped.

Sounds like a muscle spasm to me. Nothing to worry about, but if it continues to bother you it might be a good idea to see your GP.

Believe it or not and my mom taught me this. Apply ice on it. It really works and it will go away almost immediately. You may thank me later ;)

it is proberly just a nerve, everyone gets it sometimes, it is annoying but it will stop soon
