I'm 12 and I'm about 4'11 - 5ft tall ! I want to be atleast.. 5'5 lol I know that's alot of inches. But at most I really do wanna be atleast 5'3-5'5. How do you get taller.. I'm asian & yes it's true most asian women are short.. Also. . Girl QUESTION * - I heard that after 2 years of your period you stop growin' in height.. & I already got mine when I was .. 11 ... soo Is it true ?

my doctor said you will usually grow 2-3inches after you started your period. so chnaces are, you will only grow about 2 more icnhes.

You won't stop growing until you're about 17 and I don't think your period has anything to do with it. Ask your pediatrician or general practitioner. What about people in your family? Are they all short? If so you can't fight genetics. If not, you could get hormone treatments from a specialist (endocrinologist).

There is no way you can get taller, it's all genetics. Maybe some stretches might help:)
