Stress can do many things to you! Yes, one is weight reduction.
Or stress can cause you to have an eating disorder in the opposite direction. Eating too much! Stress can give you heart trouble, and many disorder's, Psychologist will tell you that stress is the number risk in heart attacks, nervous condition's,etc. My friendly advice is that you should consult your Doctor if you feel you are having to much stress.

yup! for some people stress makes them eat more than normal, and for others it makes them lose their appetite. Since you have been eating normal, this is a little strange, but it can happen. Try to take a little timeout for yourself and de-stress!!

Absolutely, your body reacts to all things abnormal and in different ways. Unfortunately I tend to gain when I'm really stressed because I tend to eat fattening things mindlessly.
