For the last year or so I have had a strange thing happening with my heart, it skips beats and beats too hard sometimes. I did see a cardiologist who at the time said it was due to my pregnancy. It has continued since, but I am not worried about it, the echocardiogram showed no problems. I am out of shape and have been working out for the last 3 months trying to work off all that baby fat. I try to follow the guidelines on the machines, but I don't feel like that is enough of a workout. I get way up there with my heartbeat, usually in the 160's. I am 35. The suggested ranges are 120's for fatburn mode, and 140's for cardio. (I think) Could it be bad for my heart to keep it in the 160's and 170's for about 20-30 minutes?

What is the best treatment for anxiety and panic disorder?
I am taking a beta blocker 25mg and the Dr gave me Xanax too. But everyone keeps telling me how wrong Xanax is and so addictive. But I keep having the panic attacks. Is anyone else taking an SSRI or something else for the anxiety and panic attack treatment? What are alternatives other than Xanax?
Anyone taking it combined with a beta blocker?

I was diagnosed with a DVT (blood clot in my leg) because of trauma to my leg. (I was on OrthroCylin for 5 years up to the accident, with no problems.) Because of the blood clot, I was taken off birth control and told to consult with an OBGYN. Which I did. We found that depo-provera was the best option. I've been on it for a little over 3 months, with no noticable side effects.

Anyway my question is, can I go back to the pill once the blood clot is gone and I'm taken off the blood thinners? I've had no problems with depo, but kind of perfer the pill over the shot. I just want to know if I will ever be able to go back to the pill, or if I'm stuck on the shot from now on because of one fluke blood clot.

I am 13 1/2 weeks pregnant and I'm sprouting out all over my face and chest. I feel like I'm 13 all over again. Is there anything I can do or take that won't affect my baby or myself that will get rid of or that can lessen my acne? I've already asked my doctor and she told me to just go with it. I know that a doctors advice is always the right advice but I'm sure you ladies out there have tried something that worked.

I have symptoms of allergies: red eyes, dark circles under eyes, ear popping, etc. At one point I never cleaned my shower stall for awhile and soap residue accummulated for a long time on the walls. Is it possible I became allergic to soap? Is there a non-allergic soap I can use?

I just started a program where I do pushups and situps everyday, is this ok? I know typically muscles need time to rest but I thought if I am just doing pushups and situps it may not apply. Currently I do 3 sets of 15 pushups and 25 sit ups so I do 45 and 75 respectively. Is everyday cool or should I only do them maybe 4-5 times a week?
