I have a trampoline so how long should I jump to burn a lot of calories cuz i really need to loose some weight or are tere exersizes that would help that i could do on the trampoline that would help?

Eat to live, rather than live to eat. Food is suppose to be fuel for the body, not entertainment. You wouldn't need to lose weight if the concept of why we eat hadn't been so totally distorted by the media on behalf of fast food giants for the purposes of making bigger profits. Their bad. Re-educate yourself by taking this seriously and studying nutrition. Remember, what other people think of you is none of your business.
