i went on lots of diets and joined weight loss centers but still didnt seem to .ose weight.....then i started to skip meals until i was skipping breakfast and lunch....i got gown to 102 and im 5 foot 4 and a half......and i still feel i need to lose alot more weight.....what should i do

Start upping your caloric intake slowly. Add a few extra snacks in there a few times a day. 5 foot 4 is tall to be only 102 lbs. I was a chubby child too... never over weight but a little chubby. When I Turned 13 I lost all of it, and was super skinny. Then when I turned 25 I started to gain some more and had to go on a diet myself to stay skinny. Im currently 5 foot 2 and weigh 110 and Im happy. I think thats about where I should be. AS far as your weight is concerned, like I said... add some snacks like trail mix or oatmeal bars to your meals. They have beneficial factors as well as extra calories to boost your mood. Try working out too, working out is a natural mood enhancer and will promote hunger when you arent eating enough. Obviously you know there is a problem, so DO SOMETHING... Dont waste away to nothing. If you skip meals, it will only make you gain more weight. The reason for this is because your body is not receiving as much food, and since it's being deprived, it stores it as fat right away. You should start eating six small meals a day, instead of three large ones. Stay away from processed food, and get a good exercise program. Check out www.bodybuilding.com . I would like you to remeber that your life is not a curse but a blessing regards of your weight. God has purpose for you, you just may not realize or know it at this time. You need to eat healthy foods, when you skip meals your body goes into a starvation mode, and starts eating at your muscles and your fat in your body, which in turns can cause more health problems for you. I have noticed that if I eat small meals through out the day my blood sugar stays at a healthy level. An emaple of what I eat in one day: 6:00 A.M. one bowl of dry cereal with fresh chopped banana's on top with 1% milk I drink only one cup of cofee at this time, at 10:30 A.M. I eat a container of lowfat yogurt, with a small apple, and drink water, then at 12:30 P.M. I eat a ham and cheese sandwhich on wheat bread with lite mayo, fresh fruit, and lowfat cottage chesse, If I get hungry before dinner I eat a lowfat cereal bar with fresh fruit,and drink water. I drink coffee and milk in the morning, and I drink water all day long. Do you have a friend that would not mind working out with you? if you had a partner you could motivate each other. Also try different things, like water areobics, weight training,and/ or kick boxing. You should talk to your parents and/or your doctor.

Jesse get a grip you are 14 and still growing you are are not fat just paranoid so cut this bad feeling you are having out and stop crying 14 and you have your whole life ahead of you........stop skipping meals and eat healthy and get out and have some fun stop dwelling on your body life is passing you by......have some fun.....IF you keep this up YOUR PARENTS will be soooooo sad lets start caring about your family.......I have no family they all died I would give anything to have them back ...please try to love yourself and your family...luv kara

Talk to your parents about this because if you are 5'4" and 102 pounds you are not over weight and you may need treatment for eating disorder.
