Speed drills are a great way to burn calories. Run at 50% top speed for 2-3 minutes, then sprint at 70-80% speed for 1 minute. Then back to 50% speed for 2-3 minutes. Do another 1 minute sprint at 75-85% speed and back to 50%. Continue doing this for 30 minutes. You'll burn crazy calories!

Cardio is the best calorie burning exercises. Running, fast walking, etc. But if you alternate days with some weight training, you'll be building muscle (which burns more calories) and help sculpt your body as you lose the weight. Good luck.

Running in spurts, Jog then run for a minute, jog then run for a minute.. upping your speed for a minute or two increases the calories burned. Also try running up a hill because going at an incline helps also.

jump rope helps the most becasuse it works EVERY muscle and it's way more intense than jogging,which is second best. 15 minutes of jump rope=30 min of jogging at a 8 min/mi pace. If you do this in an incline, it will burn slightly more calories and it makes your calf muscles stronger and faster.

That sounds like a large style of work. decrease the floor workout to 4 cases a week and stroll the different 2 days to provide your self a psychological damage to save from burning out. except that sounds sturdy!

Lifting weights, cardio (burns alot!), the weights are my favorite, and girls dont get all bulky like guys do. You just get more definition and more tone. I do it 4-5 times a week. Also watch calorie intake too if you are trying to lose weight. Good luck

Best is to go for a long long jog. Swimming or high energy dancing! Thats what i learnt from my experience but heres a web page!
