I've noticed that I don't get hungry anymore after meals, but I've heard that its important to have 6 small meals everyday so.. I'm a little confused.

Also my meals are I would say O.K. I'm careful with my portions and what I eat. And also I try to have fruit after every meal.

My eyes look awful. They always have. They have these perpetual violet bags. How do I fix this? Is there surgery? Is it simpler than that? I want to completely eliminate them.

I had my first ultrasound done in September to monitor some ovarian cysts, and I just had them mail me a copy for when I see a new doctor since I have moved. I am trying to understand the results but am not sure if the numbers/sizes/dimensions are normal or not. It says that my right ovary itself is bigger than the left one. Is that normal? I would think so, to a point, but do not know. I'm trying to look up "normal measuremrents" for the uterus, ovaries and endometrial plate online but haven't had any luck so far. Thought maybe someone here would happen to know? (A little info about me-I am 19 yo, 94lbs, 5'1, and have one child, if that can help any.) My uterus measures 7.5 x 3.7 cm. Right ovary-2.7x1.5cm. Left ovary-2.4x1.9cm. Endometrial plate-7mm in thickness (The thickness of 7 dimes stacked together.) And also, what does "well circumscribed" mean? As in I have well circumscribed ovarian cysts involving both ovaries?

I was told ny my therapists that I may have an addiction to sex. When I asked her how can a person have an addiction and to explain more to me, she said a lot people and therapists aren't sure if there really is an addiction or it's affects on the body and mind and sometiomes there is enough eveidence for some that it does affect them and there have been Sexaholics Anonymous. I think if I did have a problem, it wouldn't be much of a problem because as long as I can get some when I want it I won't show any symptoms of being in withdrawl or having an insatiable appetite for sex. Anyway do you believe that this is a disease that should be treated or a God Given Gift.? The whole time I was typing I was thinking about the next time I have sex, which is supposed to be a symptom!

People who find it more pleasurable to not drink than they do to drink, what do they think of that makes it so nice for them?

I've kept of drink for 4 years [that's easy, though not much fun], and it's easy to drink sensibly, but how do they make it more pleasurable to not drink?

Okay. A few months ago, I went to the doctor conserning this little bump in my hand. He whacked it with a book (Yes.. really) and said it was only a packed bit of calcium or something, and that that whack on my hand broke it up. But now, it's back. on The palm of my hand, right below my middle finger, it's like it's attached to the bone there. It's the size of a slightly flattened chocolate chip, and it's hard. Any thoughts on what it could be? And should I go back to the doctor?

I know its always hard to stay on a diet. Everyone knows that. But sometimes I just think "OK, I am going to stay on a diet" and it works for about 2 days. I need strategies on how to stay on a diet, if it's even possible.

I'm going to have all four of my wisdom teeth pulled out soon. Aside from the pain medication that the dentist provides, does anyone have suggestions for home remedies that also ease discomfort? What about some of your favorite (strawless) meals to eat/drink/slurp on those first few painful days. Any words of encouragement? Thanks, guys!
