I've noticed that I don't get hungry anymore after meals, but I've heard that its important to have 6 small meals everyday so.. I'm a little confused.

Also my meals are I would say O.K. I'm careful with my portions and what I eat. And also I try to have fruit after every meal.

no its not important to eat "6" small meals. its important to eat when you are hungry. whats the point in eating if you're not hungry? that leads to eating to pass the time. So eat however small meals you need in a day to feel satisfied..usually breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner
yes fruit is good. eat your vegetables, and don't forget water!

Having fruit just after meal is not such a good idea, because fruit just seats on the top of your main meal and all vitamins don't get absorbed. Is the best to wait 30 minutes after meal to have fruit

Eat only when you are hungry. Pretend that you are in army boot camp and only have three squares a day. No snacking between meals.

Have something low carb like an egg or cheese. Also the low carb candy bars are good. If your not overweight don't worry.
