im 15, about 5'5-6" and 110 pounds. is that normal? i exercise by walking for an hour every day and have livestock to take care of that arent easy to feed with one quick brisk walk out to the "barn" every day (well, i mean i gotta lift 50 pound feed bags and such). i also try finding time to clean the house up like heck and stay up til 2 or 3 at night and get up often at 7 in the morning. i think im just looking for excuses to "exercise" in every possible little way i can. i stopped eating two or three meals a day years ago when i was 12 cuz i was afraid i could get obese like my two older sisters (who were thin before). i only eat home made whole wheat bread once every day, and thats all. i dont think im being anoerexic, but then i feel extremely guilty after eating a second meal or forgetting my walk or even sleeping too early or too late. should i be concerned for myself or not? my mom tries to make me eat more but shes too busy to pay attention to what i eat every day. please help
