I write as one who can claim a certain expertise here having had more hangovers than I should.

Anyway. . . three tablespoons of honey, the juice of two lemons in a pint glass, and ginger as much as you can take top up with hot water and drink not too quickly, taking a couple of paracetamol towards the end.

The ginger settles your stomach, the lemons quickly replace the Vitamin C destroyed by the alcohol, the honey restore your blood sugars which are considerably depleted after a big night out, the water re hydrates you and the paracetamol cures the headache.

Voila!!!

It really works, honest

This isn't really a cure for a hangover, but more of preventative measure. Take water breaks while you are out drinking. You have a hangover b/c you are dehydrated. If you take water breaks in between alcoholic drinks it keeps you hydrated and not so awful feeling in the morning. Also remember to drink large glass of water before crashing out.

haha hangovers suck !! drink some water before you go to bed and when you wake up. Im pretty sure that being hungover has to do with the fact that alcohol makes you very dehydrated so if you drink some (quite a bit) of water that should help. Also they make some pill that prevents hangover, im not sure what they call it but they sell it at wal greens. good luck !!

I usually take a couple of Ibufrofen and a big glass of water before I go to bed on the night of drinking, then in the morning my head isnt so thick. For the sick feeling the next morning go for stodgy and salty food to replace the salt lost by drinking!

If all else fails, just be lazy the follwoing day and spend it in your PJs watching TV

Just don't drink so much in the first place and if you must drink, consume plenty of water too. You don't dehydrate that way and you shouldn't have such a cracking hangover in the morning.

Dont get drunk in the first place... :-P

But if you do, drink plenty of water before you go to bed, That way you wont have as much of a headache. As for the feeling sick part.. Well nothing beats a greasy Macca's breakfast when you're hungover lol.

I've heard you should drink more alcohol, but I tried that and felt a lot worse. The best thing for me was to spend a whole day drinking lots of water and eating white bread only. IT realy helped as I was on a road trip and as the bus moved, my stomach ''moved'' too. But after a day, I was good to go.
