I would say yes on one level. It can be the most pleasant time to exercise, it can make you go to bed with a good feeling or it can become a bit of a nightmare on another level. you need to make spaces for things or they can invade every moment of your life and test your sanity. You have to have some space where you can just switch off and be free to sit still without guilt. I like the feeling of dinner being the end of everything but i think that with summer and the long days I'm going to have to reorder everything because there is nothing nicer than running in the evening air. There is really no should or shouldn't, just what works best for you. I think it depends also on how much you have done during the day and how you are feeling.

It really depends on how much you've had to eat. If you ate a light dinner, there is no problem. But if you ate a huge thanksgiving dinner, you shouldn't exercise after wards. You could throw up or even feel worse.
