One has to hope that "Rex" is a female?! Judging from your "picture", you're a guy. IF you are a guy, then I'm left wondering why in the world you're wearing panty liners!
I have no idea what the fact that you haven't had sex in 10 months has to do with ANYTHING. Do you usually get real itchy after you've had sex? That's another problem entirely!

A yeast infection. Usually you can get something from a pharmacy that will help. But if the probably continues you may need to see your GYN doctor and get a prescription.

Iching can be transmitted from a toilet especially general one if is not properly clean .Also it can affect when the undies is not clean too or if is kept for a long time .meanwhile if the sex partner is affected by the disease called S.T.D can cause it.

one cause of having an itchy feeling is the use of pantyliners...pantyliners is not advisable for daily use because there are fibers in the pantyliners that will result to infections of the vagina. itchy feeling also is one of the symptoms of urinary tract infections due to bacteria. this is improper feminine hygiene that resulted to this kind of problem. use "LACTACYD" feminine wash for washing and you will feel the result in one day. everything will be washed out un noticedly.
