You go to a doctor and he will examine you to determine if you do need it. If you do, he will write a prescription, which you then take to a pharmacy, and they will sell it to you.

You are going to need to get a prescription or find a doctor who will obtain it for you..
If you need it or are going to use it, the best bet is to go the legal route..
Ask others what doctor they reccomend or use themself for whatever reason you need the hormone
