If you are black you should be ashamed. You know we gotta lotion ourselves after every shower.

Ok fo real this can help anyone and it's cheaper than those high cost mosturizers. After a shower pat dry your body then with the skin still damp apply baby oil. If you dont like the shinny look use any lostions. Victoria secrets is quite well.

First and foremost drink water water water, your body needs the hydration....then get a good heavy moisturizer and moisturize morning and night, take a daily vitamin and I know in no time you will have soft smooth skin......If you do all this and if the dry skin still persists then you may need to see your doctor....

Hi i suffer from super dry skin too....all these years i've found 2 products i SWEEAAR by. 1) for hands, lips and elbows Lucas' PawPaw Ointment. 2) Palmers coco butter but the solid one in the tub. you can use this all over your body...hands, legs arms i use it in my hair and on my lips too. for for face...i 'have' used it in the past but i have very sensitive skin, prone to spots so i use more specialised cremes on my face. Basically to combat winter dryness you need a cream thats oil based that will form a 'barrier' on the surface of your skin. hope this helps :)

You are so not alone. My brother and boyfriend has the same condition. Try using lotion and the brand is Vaseline. And pick the one that says something for sensitive skin and dry. Something like that.

Mix rose water in glycerine and apply on your body. The ratio of rose water should 1:3 of glycerine. It is the best treatment for your dry skin.

use a body brush in the shower - this will slough off dead skin cell and dry skin. avoid using bar soap as this will dry your skin out even more - rather opt for a moisturising body wash and apply a rich body cream after showering

After shower apply freshner and then hydrating gel. You can talk to one of your local chemists, but i suggest if your going to buy a product get something with alot of aloe vera in it, it works really great with dry skin!!
