I'm trying to cut out the cheese, butter and chocolate. I've done well, as far as eating more veggies, fruits and fish...but I cannot seem to get pass the deadly 3...cheese, butter and chocolate. I don't eat them everyday, but it's really hard to pass up.
I just say,oh I'll work it off. And lately I'm finding it really hard to get my butt up and go to the gym. I'll either go before work 4am or after...3pm...I'm losing my motivation...just when I started to see results. What the heck is wrong? What do you guys use for motivaton?
