Most people work out in order to build muscle with consumes more calories than fat, even at rest, and to feel better. Weight gain or loss, however, is more a function of diet than anything. The healthiest way to lose weight is a combination of diet and exercise.

ppl can still lose weight just by dieting but its better to exercise even just a little to tone as you lose and does help burn calories. read tips on weight loss and exercise programs on this site to help you better

yes but you will turn flabby and that would be harder to loose so i suggest a diet and exercize so you can loose the wight and the flab all at one time!you see...loosing wieght by just eating healthier will cause your fat level to go down but not your extra skin. if you exercise, you can tone up your skin and make your body more fit while you loose the weight! my mom has lost so much weight without exercising and now she has flab shes trying to get rid of, and its hard, so do it all at once and youll look gorgeous love!

you can but it's really a lot healthier to exercise. The pills are not good for you either. the healthiest way is to go about it the old fashioned way with diet AND exercise.
