it just means your body is different from everyone else, like it should be... if you feel you need to, go ask your doctor... I also am a very cold person, and i am just fine!

I am always cold too. I believe it is a combination of poor circulation and other similar factors. My mother is always very cold as well and she has Reynaud's Disease and Scleroderma. Both of those can cause circulation issues. You should check with your doctor to see if there is anything that can be done. If you are just anemic, iron supplements will help you some but you should check with your doctor first.
Good luck.

Have you had your thyroid checked? People with hypothyroidism are always cold. If you also have dry skin, thin hair, and have little or no energy, these are also symptomatic of hypothyroidism. Check with your doctor. Thyroid pills can be taken to correct this condition, and you'll feel much better -- no more coldness!

You could be anemic or have poor circulation. You really should see your doctor because both are treatable and there is no reason to be miseraly cold all the time!
