I would like to know what weight I would look slightly overweight/soft/chubby..NOT obese...

Please give me number in lbs...i know its hard to know exactly..but what u think..estimate please! thank u

It's Saturday night and I can't get to the store to purchase a cough syrup. My daughter is pretty miserable with a nasty barking cough. Does anyone have a home remedy that will give her some relief? I would appreciate you taking the time to tell me what to use and how to make your home remedy.

I'm not on birth control & I am due for my period this weekend, but instead I am spotting. I usually have pms symptoms when my period is due (cramping, sore breasts), but I don't have any of that.
I have been spotting on and off for about 3 weeks now since my last period, which was extremely light. Could this be symptoms for a cyst or preg???

After I eat certain foods my heart races so fast that I feel instantly fatigued. I get really irritable, and have to lay down most of the time. My hands get shakey. It lasts for a good 45 mins to an hour.
It sometimes happens when I over eat, but also happens when I eat very little also.

What is wrong with me?

For the past year my body has been on a downward slide. And after my birthday I gained an extra eight pounds, which put everything out of whack. I have been going to the gym, but i am wondering what kind of exercise is the best to loose the weight, and get my body back? Like circiut training or jogging or whatever. Thanks for all your help.

It's easy to say think confidentally and you will be. I grew up in a very strict home with shy parents who did not allow me much of a social life. I'm also a shy person with very low self-esteem. I've been worried and stressing about alot of little things recently and I think I'm at my breaking point! I've asked a few folks who recommend I speak with someone or a group, but where in my city would I go? Also any other ideas I would appreciate alot! Thanks!
