omg!! im like so fat! people say i'm so skinny but i dont think so and thats like the main thing, so give me tips to lose wiat!!

The first thing you need to do is get a professional opinion as to whether you are overweight or not. Go to the clinic and ask the nurse to weight you there. No charge and they will do it for if you ask. Then have her check the charts for you and they will tell you if you are overweight or not. You mentioned that you are fat but being fat and being overweight can be two different things. I have a roll at my midsection but I am NOT overweight. Exercise and healthy foods are the best way to maintain a nice figure.

If ppl think your really skinny and u think your fat.. then ur probably skinny, cause i got a friend just like u. she says shes soo fat, when she is as skinny as a twig. so i sugest not to lose weight, cause its unhealthy to be skinny. Just stay the way u are
