I need to loose weight, I dont know what to do. Ive thought about balemia and anorexia but I never can go through with it.

I am obese myself but I've managed to loose 24 lbs now since July. I actually joined Jenny Craig program. It was good in a way that it worked for me. But the whole idea of the program was basically accepting myself first, know what my strengths and weaknesses are and trying to know myself more in terms of why do I eat more than I needed. I had a weekly meeting with my consultant and we carefully monitor my weight week by week. I've picked the right foods for me and also the food that I like. Its actually just portion control and try to put in a habit of drinking water more and eating fruits and vegetables within the day. Exercise also is one big key but if you are a busy person like me, the best thing to do is increase your activitly level such as walking to work or to the park rather than being stagnant in the house or at the office. Also think positive and you'll definitely meet your goal.

Turning anorexic and bulimic will just make you look unhealthy and more self conscious. That is not the right solution if you want to loose weight.

I needed to lose 20 lbs fast for a new tour we were going on (in the band) and gym with an instructor 3 times a week did not see any results in weight loss (lots of strength and stamina though), so I went on a no-fat diet for a few weeks, and that did it. I ate up to 6 times a day, sometimes I forced myself to eat 'coz I was given that particular diet, even though I still felt full. It was 200g salad with every meal (careful what you use as dressing - I just used salt and mixed in whatever my food was), and the meals were either 2 hard-boiled eggs, tuna or other fish, toast, grilled chicken breast, and other things like that. Mind you - there has to be NO fat at all. This way you're eating enough calories to stay healthy, but not enough to have any "leftovers" that can turn to fat, so your body will start using up the excess fat stored previously. If you want an easier way, you can try the next thing that worked for me 3 years later when I needed to lose 30 lbs (gained too much on a long holiday) - I just tried Herbalife for 2 months! (2 meals substituted with it, the third was a normal meal. I seemed to be even healthier too, 'coz of all the vitamins and minerals in the stuff) My mother-in-law commented that even my ankles got skinnier! These are fast-working ones, but if you have the time to wait for results, good healthy eating habits (eat more often but eat smaller portions, and always....or at least mostly.....healthy stuff), and moderate exercise (like walking 30 minutes a day 3 times a week) will go a long long way.

I realize everywhere you look in society everyone worries about their weight. I won't fit in, I want to weigh 100 ponds soaking wet. If you can believe me its not what you look like, its who you are. If you ask any girl your age, not one would be satisfied on the way they look. Why would you want to exchange one problem for another.Bulimia does rot your teeth, and many, many other problems to long to get into. The only way to loose weight the right way is first check with your doctor. The there are some great way to lose weight example Weight Watchers. Remember the weight didn't come on overnight and it won't go overnight either. Best Of Luck

Go with bulimia if you want nasty rotten teeth with all the enamel peeling off and a messed up esophagus.

Go with anorexia if you want brain damage and age before your time because of nutrient loss.

Go with eating between 1200-1500 calories a day of low GI foods that are high in nutrients, fiber and protein if you want to look good and be happy.

I am glad that you didn't end up starving yourself. You do not need help losing weight, you need help accepting yourself the way you are. If you feel overweight, talk to a nutritionist. He/she can help you lose weight in a HEALTHY way, one that won't harm your body or mind.

Why would you even think about bulemia & anorexia? Just excerise daily & eat healthy.

Exercise and quit eating crap.

Talk to your doctor about how to lose weight healthily.

do what my brother did. he danced for 6 hours straight, ate nothing but fruit vegetables and juice and he lost 120 pounds in one summer which is 2 months tops!!! it works and any way u look its ur personalty taht counts.

WATCH WHAT YOU EAT
NEVER DRINK ANYTHING WHILE EATING UNTILL HALF HOUR AFTER
GO FOR A WALK AROUND THE BLOCK AFTER EACH MEAL
EAT LESS MEAT AND MORE VEGEES!
BREAD AND BANANAS SWELL UP IN YOUR TUMMY!
DONT STRESS!!
