What is the name of the profession for someone who's a doctor in the ER? Is there a name for that?

They get board certified in Emergency Medicine and are referred to as ER specialists or ER doctors, in common parlance.

Surgeons who specialize in repair of trauma and are board certified in Trauma Surgery and are referred to as Trauma Surgeons (not "Traumatic Surgeons" as one was listed in the phone book when the specialty first arose....LOL).
