Depends what context it was in...lol.
Even if i felt it wasn't appropriate, I really don't think I'd knock you out with my handbag...probably just give you a "look" and say some clever comment back. But that's just me. : )

Well if you don't get this Q removed - like I did when I asked a similar one, no I wouldn't knock you out, a compliment is a compliment and that pleases a lot of us women !!!

Here's a tip... if you like someone just be FRANK... no need to disrespect someone by possibly only acknowledging their sex rather than their personality as well... Your compliment is fine but more appropriate for someone you know for a while .. not the best thing to say if you are truly interested in the girl.. you want to get to know her better... or maybe you don't?

Depends on how a guy says it. "Wow, you do look gorgeous" is fine, but if a guy comes really close and says "Hey you sexy babe" then yes, I would probably knock him out with my handbag.
