i have heaps of bruises on my legs and arms. i am an aged care worker and do have bumps now and then but it used to take a week for the bruises to appper but now they take 5 minutes whats happening. i also get really sore legs even when i am not working HELP ME

Is it normal for people to get headaches from crying (eyes getting sore from crying)? Like say if you cry because your parents yelled at you, then after or while youre crying you get a headache. Is that normal?

I woke up the other night at 1:00am out of a dead sleep. I COuld hardly get a breath in and I was very hot. It felt like a could feel my pulse in my head. I thought I was going to die. I eventually fell asleep on the couch, but what would have caused this? This has happened one other time about a year ago. I'm healthy.

I love to sleep late at night. i usually sleep at 3am. for a past few days, i've been coughing at night and i couldn't sleep. while coughing, i have this ticklish feeling in my throat and a hissing-wistling sound too. could it be vocal cord dysfunction or just my imagination? oh, yeah, after that, i coughed out a thick mucus/ phlegm. what's wrong with me?

I have experienced thirst, and dehydration during summer.
But this time Iam experiencing damn thirst during winter.

I take one sip of water, and in next few seconds my mouth goes dry. sometimes my throat seems to close up, and then i drink water, i feel relieved. I have never felt like this before.It drives me crazy.

Please tell me why is this happening?
Is it normal?
is there any permanent or alternative solution than to drink water continuously?

It is expensive and insurance doesn't cover it.

i went to a chinese herbalist yesterday and got herbs for my psoriasis. did the potion and drank it but I threw it up 5 minutes later as it was vile.
