i feel fresh in 4 hrs of sleep but when my friends told me that it can be bad for my health i started sleeping for 7-8 hours now my eyes are getting red .

Recently my appetite has almost halfed and as a relut i have lost over a stone, the main exercise I do is weights and i want to bulk up, I am down to 14stone 7lbs where as i am usually around 15stone 7lbs - 16stone. I am not unhappy with the weight loss as my slight belly has reduced but so has a lot of muscle mass, any hints or tips or techniques which you would reccomend to bulk back up efficiently also the lack of food has resluted in loss of energy so motivation is low, any idea's guys?

I tried to do an MRI on my head the other night. The tube was too little and I freaked. I was under the influence of 5mg of Valium. I am supposed to go try again today. Any suggestions on how to cope wiht the fear of being in the closed space?

Is this normal? I am doing some self help by having a stroll down the road each day and extending the length of walk. Eating fruit and veg and doing absoluteley nothing. Also finding it extremely painful with wind and going to the toilet. Feeling bored. Commenced on HRT.

I have herniated discs L3-L5. What poses are contraindicated? I know seated forward bends are. I had heard that backward bends are the best, but which are contraindicated? I recently heard that camel pose and spinal twists are bad and I do them often. What about inverted poses? What are the best poses? We have limited yoga instructors in this area and the one I went to wanted to heal my mind more than my specific physical problems.

I'm wring this on behalf of a friend in college who I'm concerned about, who I'll refer to as "they." They go to Burger King on average 6-12 times per week and I think they are forced to go out like this because of their living situation and work schedule. If anyone has seen "Super Size Me" and I know it can't be pretty what they are doing to their body.

Like I said I'm concerned for my friend and I don't know exactly how to talk with them about it...any advice?
