I'm wring this on behalf of a friend in college who I'm concerned about, who I'll refer to as "they." They go to Burger King on average 6-12 times per week and I think they are forced to go out like this because of their living situation and work schedule. If anyone has seen "Super Size Me" and I know it can't be pretty what they are doing to their body.

Like I said I'm concerned for my friend and I don't know exactly how to talk with them about it...any advice?

I dont know how your friend doesnt get the shits. Seriously. All that fast food is a killer on your bowels. Its not uncommon to depend on fast food when your too busy to cook.. but there are better options other than fries and a burger..

try:

6 inch veggie or turkey sub or soup
Tim hortons chicken or turkey sandwich or soup
Mc Donalds or Burger king salads
Drop by a grocery store and grab 100g of salad and a pack of small rolled veggie sushi. It takes 3 min in and out.. sometimes faster than Mc donalds!
Buy a slice of veggie pizza...
There are so many healthy options.

Eating BK every day is gona make them FAT

I gained twenty pounds eating out too much....i cut out most fast food there is another movie coming out called fast food nation i saw the site breifly on my space. It shows a nasty fast food burger and says there is a reason it only costs 99 cents. lol also just go to burger king website and get the ingredients list and the nutritional value info. that should stop them in their tracks.

If you can arrange it, try to get in a situation to watch the new show called You On A Diet. It is on the health channel. They show what the fat does to your heart and organs. They compare the bad enlarged leathery organs to a healthy one and explain also how to not do this to yourself. Also they focus on waist size and not weight. The show was so good i bought the book tonight. The show will get through...trust me.

Mind your own business, it is their choice what they choose to eat and when they choose to eat it.
