rubawaytheday- narcolepsy is disease that makes you sleep, you dumb blonde.

As far as your question.... It just means you got a second wind. This happens to me all the time at work. I'm in the military and work at night (midnight until 10am or so) and around 3-5am if I didn't get much sleep the day before I'll get really tired and almost fall asleep, but then I'll do something and I'll get energy. It's just your body waking up because of movement and you are stimulating your brain by making it work.
