What happens to your body specifically during the early stages (1-7 days) of quitting cigarettes? I'm curious to know because i'm in day 4 of not smoking (smoking for 8+ yrs) and i'm getting some weird affects on my body since i've quit, one being that my cough got worse.

Im 15 years old i have a small whitehead(i believe or skin colored) pimple like bumb in the penal area where all the hair is. I looked in the internet the best thing i could find was Genital Molluscum Contagiosum so im guessing that it is that for now. Im still a virgin never had any kind of sex. I think its my school since I have also gotten Herpes near the mouth as well but still havent had sex. I also have impotigo (cant spell it) so it would be easy for the Herpes thing but how would i get anything near the penal area. Might help but the bump (really small) is around a hair. Not sure if it will help to know that.

I am trying to lose about 10lbs. I am frustrated because I have been doing all the right things yet I see no results. For two months I have been working out (6 days 1hr of cardio and 4 days I do an additional hour of weights), I have been eating healthy (5 mini meals, salads, lean meats, ect..) and I have been getting enough sleep and vitamins. Why can't I lose weight? I am hoping that a supplement or a diet pill will help me. Any suggestions?

i had to go to the doctor and they took a sample of tissue from down there because i was diagnosed with HPV they used this brown licquid stuff to stop the bleeding, now everytime me and my husband have intercorse it looks like the brown stuff comes out of my vagina, but i had those tests ran in like august... could it be that or something else...it also smells like the infection i got from my c-section...so could my insides have an infection? what else could it be? i also have something that is purple and hurts at my panty line do you think tight panties could bruise that area??
