To get off any drug you have to WANT to do it, mind, body and soul. If it is a prescribed drug, follow the label and decrease instead of cold turkey, if you can do the cold turkey safely and you have the emotional support from loved ones to see you through, then God Bless them and you.
If you are addicted, most likely, the addiction will always be there, so instead of taking the drugs, fill up that moment with something else that is positive and good to your well being
You are worth it. You already took the step to ask the question, and you had to be brave to do that, so use that bravery that resides deep down inside you and save your life. You are loved by people who will help you if you only ask.
God bless and good luck.

1st stop hanging around the people that do them, 2nd flush all of the drugs that you have, 3rd have some friends taht dont do them stay with you for a few days to make sure that you dont get more or do something drastic, 4th give yourself positvie feedback and 5th and most improtant, take each feeling and day as it comes. Well i hoped my adviced works and good luck. This is going to take a lot of hard work and determination but i promise you will feel great without them!!!!!!

You make a conscious decision to stop and stay away from the people, places and things that remind you of the high. Then you find something else to fill the void left by getting involved in something time-consuming and positive...like the gym or a hobby. Or, you can just keep going and die, that will solve the problem without you doing anything different!

Well, which drug is it? And I can tell you how. The best way is to get rid of your so called "friends". If they're around and using, then so will you. I lost all of mine when I quit 3 1/2 years ago and I don't miss them.
