Due to the fact that you have bulimia you really should seek medical help. Changes in your body can cause psychological problems. Bulimia will definitely cause major changes, negative changes in your body. You're tearing it apart.
I remember when I was pregnant. I was huge and couldn't do much, I had terrible food aversions and couldn't keep anything down and every smell, good or bad made me sick. I was so tired and sleepy all the time and my poor 3 year old daughter needed me and missed me so much and I didn't feel like dealing with it which made me feel guilty. My house was a mess I hadn't made dinner in 6 months and my already stressfulI job was only seeming worse cause of my hormones. I remember feeling like I just want to crawl into a cacoon stored away in a cave and never hear another sound or see the light of day. It's not like that anymore but I knew it was my temporary physical condition at the time.
I'm sure if you seek treatment for your bulimia, they not only will tend to the physical ailment you have but also the psychological. You can't do this alone. So don't.

The best thing for you right now would be to break down, swallow your fears about it and call a Crisis Help Line. You can find them in any phone book and they really help. They can direct you where to go to get the help you need be it financial, emotional, physical, etc...
Trust me when I tell you a psychiatric ward is the last place you want to go and the first place you'll be hauled off to if you try and harm yourself. Those places only make depressed people worse. You may not be crazy now but you will be after a visit to a psych-ward.
If you pick up some Valerian root at your local health store it will help you sleep without nasty side effects. Also, St. John's wort will help with depression and anxiety.
Don't run from your problems; they're sure to follow you anywhere you go. It may be tough but you must stand and confront your fears whatever they may be.

So sorry beci that u r feeling like this. U dont say how old u r. If u r young, can u not talk to yr mum about how u r feeling? You need to see yr gp firstly. If u can afford it, go to see a good counsellor or maybe yr gp can refer u. I know u will get offered anti depressants etc, but i think getting to the root of the problem and trying to solve it is far better than masking it with a load of pills. I wish u luck but do seek some sort of help.

first thing you should do is make an appointment with the doctor, the bulimia is your most urgent problem so start with that, youre half way there by admitting the problem exists..then make a list of what is bothering you and take each thing individually and look for a solution, breaking it down like that will make things seem more manageable, as you start crossing things off the list your confidence will grow...hope this helps, good luck :-)

Talk to someone like a teacher, pastor, mother, sister, doctor. You shouldn't have a fear of living. That leads to suicide and that only really hurts those who love you. Plus it is the cowards way out. Please go get some help from a professional. I have had someone in my life that felt the same way and he took his own life because he was very depressed, I wouldn't want to see your family and friends go Thu the pain I went Thu.

Seek help, someone you trust first off. Don't make any decisions until you have consulted with a trusted source. If you are not comfortable going to your parents, then that is fine, but please make an effort to let out this stress. In school there are many counselors that are there to help you. Don't take any medicine or anything for it, see what a doctor can prescribe you.
Good luck and be safe

I bet your star sign is virgo or libra. We have problems with change. Things like changing jobs, or leaving school or even breaking up with a boyfriend set us off. I even feel like that when im about to go on holiday. What you need to do is get a routine. I am hypoglycimic so I have to eat frequently (ironic coz your bulimic), so i plan my day around my meal/snacks. Try find something that you need to do (not be sick) on a regular basis. Doesnt matter where you are or who yr with, you should try stick to it. And yes, speak to a dr.
