No, but if you quit eating junk food and soda pop and start eating vegetables and healthy food for about a month, you won't even crave junk food anymore. It's just the first couple weeks that is hard to get through.
P.S. Don't stop eating meat. You need meat for healthy muscle tone.

No, you'll just have to do it the old fashioned way, start substituting bad food with nutritious food, you know if you get a book on healthy food that is tasty, that's half the battle, also if you started taking colloidal minerals, you most likely will stop craving the bad stuff. Your body will have what it needs and you will find that you will lose most of your interest in that type of comfort food.

I like the question...it would be nice and make the inventor rich by many millions. The resolution however, is well within our reach but only if you really want.

I wish. The way I handle it is by training myself and saying to myself that I will commit to something. That is how I stopped eating meat, how I am currently avoiding dairy products, and nearly ending my consumption of soft drink and chocolate. I no longer eat lollies either, or chips.

you gotta have that mental toughness to force yourself to live a healthy life style baby there ain't no magic pills.
you just gotta drop them fatty foods and start living it up. Life is good when you are fit.
you only live once so why not do it to the fullest? good luck baby.
