Correct me if I am wrong, but I dont think Weight Watchers is a calorie based diet.

Obviously calories do matter, but I dont think there is a related point system calories v points.

it dosent work on callories, but on a balance of a number of things. also watch out. Weight watchers tend to point their own products lower than a competing brands products - case in point their milk, Their label has higher contents of fat and calories than a competitior, along with everything else, but it is a half a point less. You do the math

It doesn't work like that, it is based on a ratio between calories and saturated fat - you need to know both to work out the points.

If you have both, add it to additional information and I can work it out for you as I have a points calculator with me (sad, I know but 2 stone in 20 weeks makes it all worthwhile).

points are a calculation :

# fiber+
#fat+
#calories+

that are in a food, calories alone will not give you an accurate point calculation
