Whats the best foods to eat?

hey!!!
i have just had train tracks put in yesterday afternoon! dont they hurt!!!!
i can go to school beacuse i cant talk because my brace is really hurting!!
anyway... my orthodontist said that i have to bann sweets and chocolate for 18 months!!!! that means i cant have sweets over christmas!!!! how unfair.
he also told me to eat soft foods such as pasta, soups and bananas.
he said to me not to bite into hard foods suich as apples and pears and potatoes. he said to cut them up and eat them bit by bit and slowly!!

when your teeth are sore the best foods are soft foods that you dont have to bite into. other times you can eat most thinks except probably the real hard sticky lollies and anything that is really hard to bite into

You can eat anything that will not stick to your teeth. Also keep your clean after any meals or foods.
