Recently my appetite has almost halfed and as a relut i have lost over a stone, the main exercise I do is weights and i want to bulk up, I am down to 14stone 7lbs where as i am usually around 15stone 7lbs - 16stone. I am not unhappy with the weight loss as my slight belly has reduced but so has a lot of muscle mass, any hints or tips or techniques which you would reccomend to bulk back up efficiently also the lack of food has resluted in loss of energy so motivation is low, any idea's guys?

go and get a blood test it might be worth it just to see if all is ok in your body you sound like a fine big chap to me

im into bodybuilding for 8 years now. u re so lucky that u have no appetite and u lost fat from your stomach. after loosing weight is much easier to get nice, well defined muscles. so i suggest as u have lack of appetite and low energy work out with lighter weights. but DO NOT STOP. u re just being lazy. i would never ever even think of stopping exerciswing due to this stupid reason as a loss of energy. so go to gym, continue working out, sooner or later your appetite will return anyway. it always does

Loss of appetite and weight loss are two signs that you might be ill. Get a complete medical. Are you getting proper nutrition? See your doctor a.s.a.p., and hope you get a clean bill of health.

First you need to find out why your appetite dropped. See the doctor. If you check out then continue with your weights and eat a good diet of lean meats and veggies for the quality protien you need and take a good multivitamin if you can get them .
