the surgery to remove it (depending on the size and depth) is probably 10-15 minutes and then you're outta there. The would only administer local anesthetic, not general, so the risks are so much less.
I had one on my face that I've always disliked. The only thing for me is that they couldn't cut deep enough to get the hair roots out so I still have to pluck the dark wiry hairs everyday.
Talk to the doc. It's probably not a big thing and they can probably get you in fairly quickly.

A lot can depend on your age. If you are a young woman you may be encouraged to know that some birth marks fade over time. Obviously that is not a lot of help at the moment but good for the future.

As it is a small mark, you are better not being so conscience over it. Guys won't mind even if they do notice; only a few other girls may give two hoots about it.

Wear what you want! I'm sure the reaction will only be positive!

try photorejuventation (or ipl...intense pulsed light).

it's a laser that treats many skin conditions, including minimizing birthmarks and scars.

it can be pricey and you may require more than one treatment, depending on your natural skin colouring, how much darker the mark is and it's size.

if it's more like a skin tag (raised from the surface), surgery really isn't a big deal either. a good cosmetic surgeon can slice it right off and if you take proper care of it during the healing process, it shouldn't leave a scar either!

If it is so small that a bandaid can cover it then it is really insignificant, dont worry to much about it, i think it would be looking sexy, some dick before was asking if putting sperm on skin was good for complexion so maybe you could try that.

I wouldnt worry about it it is something to get the boys attention with.
