hmm, my gran does 30-40 min. i'm not sure you can over do it. when you get tired go at least 5 more min.! push a bit more each time. different people have different levels of stamima, no one will know for sure what amount of time is best for you. however, 30-60 min of excersize per day is suggested. good luck!

Well for starters you should start with a low number then work your way up. Don't over work yourself and try to enjoy the workout. A good 15-30 minutes of walking is not a bad idea for starters, then some jogging for 30 more minutes. This will give you a 60 minute workout. Good Luck!

To best honest, it not even about how much you do if you can maintain consistency and don't give up. Work your way up progressively to a moderate workout. In the first several months, start slow but make it meaningful. Depending upon several factors such as age and physical condition, I would generally recommend about 15 minutes a day walking. Once you are more than comfortable with that, you pace yourself and work your way up. It's not about how much you do, but as long as you maintain a rigid schedule that you can maintain and adhere to. Best of luck and hope you make progress.

Age, health, weight play a big part about 'overdoing' it, plus what you are attempting to accomplish. However, try 10 minutes to start, and work up to 20, 30, or 60 minutes, if you wish to go that high. 30 minutes is a good, basic number at a basic walking rate. Good Luck!

The general rule is you need to raise your heartbeat for about 20 minutes 3-4 times a week. I cannot advise you for sure either way since you may have a condition or problems that would change the general rule.
