I had sex for the first time shortly before halloween, ended my period on halloween, took the morning after pill on Nov. 1 (was warned that there might be spotting a day or two after taking it), and started what appears to be another period Nov. 5. It's just as heavy as my normal period and seems to be exactly the same. Is this because I had sex, because I took the morning after pill, because I'm not normal? I was afraid that the pill didn't work... does this mean I'm not pregnant?

I have gained 60 lbs over the last 5 years and its all because of emotional eating. My husband got deployed after 9/11 for 11 months and my mom moved in with us temporarily while he was gone and I stuffed my feelings down with food and gained like 25 lbs by the time he came back. Then not a month later we moved across country and 5 months after that he was deployed again to Iraq and was gone for 13 months. I had no friends or family around and turned to food once again and gained another 30 lbs or so. Hes been back for a couple of years now and we have moved back across country again and things have calmed down but I cannot stop eating to suppress every little feeling I have. I dont know how to break that habit. My weight gain has really brought my self esteem to an ultimate low and I feel very unmotivated. I need some good tools to use to break the habit of running to the kitchen everytime Im feeling anything other than happiness.....

I know its possible to get one from oral sex but let me example the question further. If a guy were to give a girl oral sex could she receive an STD from him? Because the girls doesn't have one and the dude isn't using any body fuilds. It doesn't seem as if u would contract one through his mouth since you can't catch any from kissing. So could the girl still catch a STD through a guy performing oral sex on her? Basically you can't get an STD from a person if their using their mouth??

Okay, anywho, I am not doing very well in this first quarter of 8th grade. One of my teachers, who I hate, gave me a low grade on a 70 point project and now wants me to call her! Only problem is I worked on it the morning before the class and came in late. I pretended I had a doctor's appointment. Secondly, there is this guy that I have gone out with twice, we split then got back together, well I still like him, but he is going with one of my friends. NOT ONLY THAT, but he keeps on asking me if I want to have sex with him. I am trying to do better this quarter, but I am just losing it. Oh right, I have depression and no one knows except some of my friends, so I have been kind of sluggish lately and it is so hard to do this. I am getting a pschological test, you know when they try to figure out your learning style and what not, but I'm afraid of what is going to happen. I just feel like giving up and commiting suicide. Without the pain. PLEASE HELP.

HELP!! I always get yeast infections and I am trying to find the source. This morning I read that increasing your blood sugar level will give you a yeast infection. Well, Saturday and Sunday all I did was eat sweets (cookies and candy). Now, I have a yeast infection - could this be the cause?

i know we are supposed to drink lots of water, i find it difficult to do this but do do drink a lot of herbal (mainly peppermint) tea. It makes sense that that has the same beneficial effect of lots of water right? or does it have to plain ol' water?

I am a 24 female, weight about 190, exactually 5'2. I want to weigh 128 around July so I can show off my body. I want to be toned but curved,still have a butt and breast and curves in my waist line. I want a HEALTHY soft/toned femine body where I can wear sexy lingere and low rise jeans. I want to feel good emotionally and physically so I am going 2 eat well in nutrition and exercise well. I know at some point my body might go a few weeks with losing less or no weight,like a pleatu, but on average is 10 lbs a week realsitc if I follow what I want to do,consistantly?

Im really wanting to lose weight but I am struggling. My hubby can "diet" for a week and see results but me I feel like I cant get anywhere. Ive been using the treadmill for 30-40 mins a day 4-5 days a week but my diet has been all over the place. I believe I have cut the calories due to the fact that I havent been binging like in the past and have stopped drinking on the weekend but still see nothing. I cant help to be jealous of my husband and I think that is affecting me too. I just need some advice......

i have been taking theCELEST pill for exactly a year
my guy said its great coz he cant get an erection with a condom but i argued b4 he met me he used a condom with all his other ex's
but im scared now coz my friend took it for a year she is overwheight but her doc took her off it for 6 months to give her body a break
shud i be off it too?
