Healthy fats! Sounds odd, right, eating fat to lose weight. Now, I mean in small amounts. But fat keeps you full so you eat less, and you need good fat. Think a few nuts of some kind, soynuts are good for you and really tasty, olive oil, etc. Plus consuming the good fat will help you reduce your cravings for fatty foods.
Also, if you like salty snacks, there's options there too. Pretzels are virtually fat free and you can eat quite a few of them. Air popped popcorn with some salt is another option.
Also, I'm a HUGE fan of Kashi products!!! They combine good fat with protein and fiber, and those 3 keep you full. The crunchy granola bars are delicious, as are their cereals (try the Go Lean Crunch!!!). Kashi TLC crackers in Honey Sesame are also quite good.
Hope this helps!!

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories
in the food you eat should be less than the
energy you use. You will have to increase your
metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will
lose weight faster. More details available at

it depends on your body type. some people do better eating a high carb diet others don't. you should moderate all choices. know how much a serving is of each food group and only eat one serving. drink 6 8oz of water a day to keep you hydrated and watch your sodium so you don't retain water. There is no one factor that can answer this question....talk to your doctor he will know wich diet is best for you

Low fat cuts of meat......no fried foods.....and lots of water. You need to make sure you get all of your protein in or your body has nothing to feed on and will start eating muscle. And as with any diet you need to take a multivitamin.
