but frm some months its not comming properly.

what do i do (other than going to the gynic)

Is your weight at the level your height should be? Your not underweight or amenic? Getting enough vitamins and minerals in your system.

Now is the time for calcium! Your bones need it. Drink milk or OJ with calcium in it.

Can you ask other female family members? Is this normal at your age?

Girl...Im 15 and my period has been like that too. Its called an irregular period. They are normal in teens accordin to my doctor. Before I lost my virginity my doctor put me on Ortho-tri-cyclen-lo to regulate my period out. Its a birthcontrol but it works wonders with periods. Talk to your doctor about gettin u on it!

Go to your doc for a check-up. It would be difficult to diagnose your symptoms without proper testing.
It could be your hormones, thyroid or lack of body fat.

other going to a gyno???? nothing!! theres nothing YOU can do. you have to go to the gyno.
