No. It is unhealthy and unrealistic. Besides, took you a long time to put it on, takes a long time to take it off. 1-2 lbs a week is healthy. Sometimes you might gain or plateau depending on your exercise. Remember, weight training gains muscle and muscle weighs more then fat. You need to actually convert your fat into muscle. Relax, just think progress, not statistics and celebrate that size 12 then 10 then 8...

Hey! I started out at 161 pounds and I wanted to lose some weight... I have managed to get down to 145 pounds, and I have 10 more to go! :) All I did was cut out most sugar and junk food, ate lots of veggies, fruits, and protein, and worked out 3-5 times a week. It's pretty easy, so don't stress it. Eat lots of greens, cut out oily fried and sugary foods, drink lots of water - (Tea and Sparkling water are good ways to accomplish this.) If you don't have a gym membership, just try jogging in the morning, and doing some situps or squats at night. The weight should come off in no time. Good luck! xoxo

Probably yes, I would say that the first 30lb or so would come off at a rate of 2 to 3 lb per week, following a low fat diet and taking regular exercise.

It will inevitably slow down and they say the last 7lb is the hardest to lose of all!

Good luck.

That is very unrealistic and you will ultimately wind up ill even with the stringent measures you plan on taking. Your body will only function accordingly with your metabolic rate. You can't force things to happen just because you eat and exercise properly. 5'2" and 190 is overweight for sure but unless you happen to have a metabolic rate that induces rapid weight loss you are looking for unachievable results. I would assume that you don't have one or you would not be 190 lbs in the first place.

Happy to hear you are thinking on the healthy way... it is realistic during the first 2-3 months but after that a 1-2 pounds per week would be a realistic average.

If you keep this rate you will look excellent by July. Do not push to hard to look "perfect" by then... you will but it will take a bit longer.

It is realistic. You practice Yoga. Go for Surya Pranayam that will increase the the catabolic reactions in your body. Close your left nostril by your fingers. Breathe slowly from your right nostril. Practice it four times a day. Every time do it for 27 cycle.
